Won the Scottish Hydro Challenge on the European Challenge Tour in 2009.
Jamie's breakthrough came in 2001 when he won the Scottish Under 21 Championship. He was
ranked No 1 amateur golfer in Europe and 5th in the world in 2004. He represented the Scottish Boys
and Men's Teams and has also represented GB and I in the St Andrews Trophy v Europe. He turned
professional in 2005 having won the St Andrew Links Trophy in 2004 and attended the Asian Tour
Qualifying School in 2005 and 2006.
In 2007 Jamie improved his European Challenge Tour category from 11 to 6 and had his maiden
victory in 2009, winning the Scottish Hydro Challenge. Over the last two seasons, he has also had
some invites to play on the main European Tour.
